DISPENSING:
Abby
Abby joined our dispensing team in 2010. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable throughout their eyewear purchasing experience. Abby will assist you in finding frame and lens options that are the best fit for your specific needs. Her excitement for learning, creativity, combined with her desire to help patients feel confident and cared for are the foundation for all she does here at InVision. She is currently preparing to take her ABO certification exam later in the year. Abby spent a few years in both Peru, South America and Kansas City, MO working with youth and kids in Spanish-speaking communities. She enjoys creating music, adventuring outdoors and is engaged to be married! Her favorite scents are wood smoke on a crisp autumn evening and the smell after the rain. |

Angie
Angie joined our dispensing team in January 2008. She received her ABO certification in 2009. As an optician, she will assist you in choosing a frame style and lens option to best meet your vision and lifestyle needs. Angie is currently a therapist for our office vision therapy program. She and her husband have lived in Fergus Falls for several years. They have two daughters and a son. When not at work she enjoys hunting, camping, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family. |

Dani
Dani joined our dispensing team in February 2011. She will guide you through the process of selecting the best frame and lenses option for you as well as answer any questions you may have along the way. Dani is also experienced in the area of contact lenses, assisting you throughout all stages in the process, from learning insertions and removal, proper care and education, and ordering the best lenses to fit your needs. She is currently preparing for her ABO certification exam. When not at work she enjoys gardening, home renovations, fishing, scrapbooking, and watching the Minnesota Vikings. Dani is also a licensed cosmetologist. She is originally from Foxhome, MN and currently resides in Herman, MN. |

Leslie
Leslie is now an ABO certified optician. Leslie joined our office in 2000 as a frame stylist. She enjoys fitting frames that will compliment you and also prove to be functional. Leslie will keep you updated on the latest optical technology that best serves you. Leslie also works with our frame reps and enjoys selecting new styles. When not working, Leslie enjoys gardening, sports, church and family activities. Leslie and her husband live south of Fergus Falls, with their children. |

RECEPTION:
Sue
Sue is part of our receptionist team, joining our office in 2002. Sue was raised in Detroit Lakes but she and her family have lived in Fergus Falls for several years. She quickly became an invaluable part of our office, multitasking with a smile at the reception desk and learning her job quickly. When Sue is away from work she spends time with her family, gardening and lawn work, painting and refinishing furniture and especially enjoys her two grandsons! |

Kay
Kay joined our reception department in 2007. She and her family moved here from Southern Minnesota in 2001 and are happy to make Fergus Falls their home. Kay and her husband enjoy gardening, birding, hunting, fishing and "designing on a dime". We have made use of her design skills on several office special events. She keeps in touch with their daughter, who is in the US Army.

Sarie
Sarie joined our office in 2007. She grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and in 2006 moved to Fergus Falls. Sarie will guide you through checking in before your exam, answering any questions you may have and will assist you with insurance and billing protocol. Sarie enjoys gardening, reading, tubing down the Otter Tail river and with her husband has become an avid football fan, they enjoy spending their time with family, especially their grand-daughter.

TECHNICIANS:
Sara
Sara is one of our screeners, working with us since 2007. Sara previously
worked as an optician and brings this knowledge to our office. Sara will
greet you with a smile and then get your complete medical and vision
history. She does several of the initial tests as well as our supplemental
testing, including visual fields, GDx and retinal photos. She also assists
with contact lenses. Sara has passed both her written and practicum portion of her testing and is now a Certified Para-Optometric Technician. She lives in Fergus Falls with her
husband and their three active children. |

Mary
Mary has worked for us since August 2000. She previously worked in the operating room at Lake Region Hospital so has a health care background that has been helpful to our office. Mary does pre-exam medical and vision history as well the initial vision tests. She frequently records for Dr. Smith. Mary also is proficient on all our supplemental testing instruments: visual fields, GDx, retinal photos and others. Mary has passed both her written and practicum portion of her testing and is now a Certified Para-Optometric Technician. Mary lives in Fergus Falls. She enjoys her dogs, spending time with her family, traveling and playing golf. |

Rachael
Rachael joined our clinic in April 2009. She is one of our technicians. She has already passed her first level certification, Certified Para Optometric and is preparing for level 2. Rachael previously worked as a CNA and brings this knowledge to our office. She is originally from Pelican Rapids, MN. |

BUSINESS OFFICE:
Dawn
Dawn joined our clinic in March 2010. She is an insurance specialist and completes our insurance submissions and some bookkeeping. Dawn brings 25 years of optical experience to our clinic. She submits all insurance claims and will gladly answer any questions you may have about your individual coverage. Dawn and her husband, Frank live in Fergus Falls. They enjoy Nascar, fishing and classic cars.

Patty
Patty joined our office in January 2011 as our Bookkeeper/Accountant. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Patty manages the business aspect of our clinic and maintains the inner workings of our business office including the computer system. She grew up in the Twin Cities and moved to Fergus Falls with her family in 1997. Patty enjoys baking, crafts, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and family.
